If you happen to live in, visit or just pass through Phoenix, Arizona, visiting The Musical Instrument Museum Phoenix is a must.
The Musical Instrument Museum Phoenix has just opened its gates a few years ago, so many people haven’t got the chance to visit yet.
What you should know is that it has an impressive collection of musical instruments, curated from all over the world.
The admission fee is around 20$ per person and all i can say is that it’s worth every buck.
I really love the way they have everything set up.
When you enter, you are given a headset that will work through the entire museum.
This means that whenever you get close to a certain wall where a country is represented, its specific instruments and the music videos, you will hear the specific sounds and the music played.
The Musical Instrument Museum Phoenix is a truly immersive experience.
Take a look at some photos I took while visiting:
Look at these beauties:
There are so many great things in the MIM in Phoenix, that you will barely have time to see (and hear) them all.
I was so focused on learning more about different cultures and their way of expressing themselves that I barely took photos.
There is also a special room, where you can play different instruments yourself and trust me, it’s so much fun!
This is me, playing .. oh, well.. the harp.
